Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using DestinyPaths. They form a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform.
Welcome to DestinyPaths (the "Platform", operated by DestinyPaths Culture Limited (玄機閣文化(香港)有限公司), a company registered in the Hong Kong SAR). The Platform serves users worldwide. By accessing or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Bazi charting, readings, master consultations, traditional cultural items and blessing rituals offered on the Platform are forms of cultural & lifestyle consulting, provided for cultural experience, self-reflection and inspiration.
Our content and services do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. Outcomes vary by individual and we make no promise or guarantee of any specific result. For health, legal or financial matters, please consult an appropriately licensed professional.
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Platform. By registering or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Consultations are provided by independent, platform-vetted masters. Cultural items are traditional artisanal products; any "meaning" in their descriptions reflects traditional cultural symbolism and does not represent actual efficacy or results. Blessing rituals are folk-custom blessings with no guaranteed outcome. The specific scope, format and duration are as shown on the relevant order page.
Prices are as displayed at checkout. Funds for consultation orders are held in escrow by the Platform and released to the master only after the service is delivered and you confirm. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, whose terms also apply to you.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. In brief: consultations are generally refundable before they begin/are delivered; physical items may be cancelled before shipment, while custom items are not eligible for no-reason refunds once production begins; rituals are generally non-refundable once commenced.
You must not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or rights-infringing activity, nor to disrupt the Platform, bypass escrow, transact off-platform, or abuse the refund mechanism.
The Platform’s name, logos, text, images, charting algorithms and design are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without authorization.
The services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to outcomes, accuracy or fitness for purpose, and make no promise of any efficacy or specific result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant order.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Platform and its affiliates harmless from third-party claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time, posting the effective date on this page. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
