We want you to be satisfied with every service. The following explains our refund and cancellation rules in different situations.
This policy applies to master consultations, cultural items and blessing rituals purchased on DestinyPaths. Refunds depend on the actual order status and the rules below.
Consultation funds are held in escrow until you confirm completion. Before the master begins or delivers the service, you may request a full refund. If the service has been delivered but you believe there is an issue, you may request a refund within the order, and the Platform will review the communication records and deliverables to mediate. Once you confirm completion, the order is generally non-refundable.
In-stock fixed-price items: may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment; quality defects or shipping damage are eligible for replacement/refund with evidence. Custom items (e.g. bracelets, talismans or statues made to your chart) are not eligible for no-reason refunds once production begins, due to their bespoke nature; genuine quality issues will still be addressed.
Refunds may be requested before a ritual is scheduled and commenced. Once a ritual has begun or been completed, it is generally non-refundable, given the materials and effort already committed.
Log in and go to "Account → My Orders", open the relevant order and click "Request Refund" with your reason. We will review and coordinate with the relevant master/support upon receipt.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank, typically a few business days.
The Platform reserves the right to refuse refunds and restrict accounts in cases of abuse (e.g. repeated bad-faith or fraudulent requests). This policy is read together with the Terms of Service; where they conflict, the more specific provision prevails.
