Zodiac Monkey

In Chinese culture the Monkey stands for quick wit and resourcefulness. Its Chinese name, "hou," sounds like the word for a nobleman, so it has long been a symbol of getting ahead in life. In Chinese astrology, the Monkey, Rat and Dragon form the Water Trine: three signs traditionally seen as kindred spirits who bring out the best in each other. People keep this figure as a symbol of sharp thinking, career progress and lasting blessings.
